Jotul sets redemption date for NOK 475 million floaters

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 21 – Jotul AS, a subsidiary of Jotul Holdings SA, will redeem its NOK 475 million floating-rate bonds (ISIN: NO0011104069) at 102.085 on Jan. 24, according to a press release on Thursday.

The redemption amount will be paid to holders of record on Jan. 22.

As previously reported, accrued and unpaid interest will also be paid.

Based in Fredrikstad, Norway, Jotul makes stoves, inserts and fireplaces.
