Community Health Systems to refinance 8% secured notes

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 11 – Community Health Systems, Inc. plans to use the proceeds from its offering of senior secured notes due Jan. 15, 2032 to refinance a portion of its 8% senior secured notes due 2026 through privately negotiated transactions, a tender offer and/or a redemption, according a press release.

Community Health Systems is a Franklin, Tenn.-based health care provider.
