Astrea IV issues partial call, clean-up call for 6¾% bonds due 2028

Los Angeles, Dec. 6 – Astrea IV Pte. Ltd. will redeem $44,637,453.32 principal amount of its $ 6¾% class B secured bonds due 2028 (ISIN: XS1830904709), according to a notice.

The partial redemption will be carried out on Dec. 14 on a pro rata basis.

Following this partial redemption, the outstanding principal amount of the class B bonds will fall below $30 million.

As a result, the issuer will exercise its clean-up call option and will redeem the remaining $13,662,546.68 principal amount on Dec. 14.

After the clean-up call, the ending principal balance for the class B bonds will be zero.

As previously reported, the issuer had redeemed $51.7 million of the original $110 million principal amount in June, leaving $58.3 million outstanding.

The issuer is a private equity collateralized fund obligation, whose ultimate owner is Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd. Temasek is an investment company based in Singapore.
