Indonesia’s Pertamina announces partial redemption of 2042 notes

Los Angeles, Nov. 17 – PT Pertamina (Persero) announced a partial redemption through a reduction of nominal value of its original $1.25 billion 6% senior notes due 2042 (ISIN: USY7138AAD29), according to a notice on Friday.

The company redeemed 96.9272% of the notes at 94.75.

Payment was made on Feb. 24, 2023.

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
