Indonesia’s Pertamina announces partial redemption of 2044 notes

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 16 – PT Pertamina (Persero) announced a partial redemption of its original $1.5 billion 6.45% senior notes due May 30, 2044 (ISIN: US69370RAA59), according to a notice.

The company redeemed 99.4008% of the notes at 99.55 with payment rendered Aug. 23.

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
