Vasakronan to buy back SEK 502 million from three series of notes

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 12 – Vasakronan AB will repurchase a total of SEK 502 million from three series of notes on Oct. 13, according to multiple notices.

The notes to be redeemed are the following: SEK 436 million of the SEK 1.5 billion series 36 floating-rate notes due Sept. 11, 2024 (ISIN: XS2051470552), SEK 50 million of the SEK 200 million series 40 floating-rate notes due Nov. 19, 2024 (ISIN: XS2081246337) and SEK 16 million of the SEK 750 million series 99 fixed-rate notes due May 6, 2024 (ISIN: XS2476955328).

After the repurchases, SEK 1.064 billion of the series 36 notes, SEK 150 million of the series 40 notes and SEK 734 million of the series 99 notes remain outstanding.
