Brazil’s BRF sets redemption price for 4¾% notes due 2024 at par

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 3 – Brazil’s BRF SA determined the redemption price for the previously announced buyback of its 4¾% senior notes due 2024 (ISIN: US10552TAF49; USP1905CAE05), of which there is $295,363,000 principal amount outstanding, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company has determined that the redemption will be at par of $1,000 plus accrued interest of $17.42 from May 22 to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The redemption notice was sent to holders on Sept. 5.

Settlement is planned for Oct. 5.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee, U.S. paying agent, registrar and U.S. transfer agent. Bank of New York Mellon Trust (Japan), Ltd. is the principal paying agent, and Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) SA is the Luxembourg paying agent and transfer agent.

The food processing company is based in Sao Paulo.
