Sitio Royalties to redeem notes due 2026 with new note offering

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 26 – Two subsidiaries of Sitio Royalties Corp. plan to use the proceeds from a new offering of senior notes due 2028 to redeem all the outstanding principal amount of Sitio Royalties Operating Partnership, LP’s senior notes due 2026, according to a press release.

The redemption is expected to occur concurrently with or shortly following the consummation of the notes offering.

Sitio is a Denver-based mineral and royalty company.
