Iceland’s Landsbankinn reports covered bond exchange results

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 21 – Landsbankinn hf. announced the results of an exchange offer for series LBANK CB 23 holders, according to a press release.

The issuer is buying ISK 2.5 billion of the bonds.

Holders of the bonds were able to sell the covered bonds in the series against covered bonds bought in an auction on Wednesday at a predefined clean price of 99.38.

Settlement will take place on Sept. 27.

Reykjavik, Iceland-based Landsbankinn provides personal and corporate banking and financial market solutions.
