Germany’s Allianz calls €1.5 billion 4.75% fixed-to-floating notes

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 29 – Allianz SE called its €1.5 billion 4.75% undated subordinated fixed-to-floating rate notes (ISIN: DE000A1YCQ293), according to a company notice.

The notes will be redeemed in full at par plus interest on Oct. 24.

The notes have a current aggregate nominal amount of €912.5 million.

Allianz is a Munich-based financial services company.
