Coeur Mining exchanges some 5 1/8% senior notes for common stock

Chicago, Aug. 28 – Coeur Mining, Inc. exchanged $11,325,000 of its 5 1/8% senior notes de 2029 for shares of common stock, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The exchange was the result of two privately negotiated agreements dated Aug. 16 and Aug. 24.

The two investors are receiving a total of 4,269,680 shares in the exchange.

Coeur Mining is a Chicago-based precious metals mining company.
