Southern Housing repurchases all secured bonds due 2044

Chicago, July 12 – Southern Housing Group Ltd. announced it repurchased and canceled all £50 million of its 5.364% secured bonds due 2044 (ISIN: XS1023042929), according to an announcement.

The bonds were originally issued in 2014.

Based in the United Kingdom, Southern Housing rents and sells homes in London, Brighton and Hove, Reading, Kent, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.
