Estonia’s Baltic Horizon Fund plans partial early bond redemption

Chicago, July 12 – Baltic Horizon Fund is planning an early paydown on the bonds issued May 8 that mature on May 8, 2028 (ISIN: EE3300003235), according to a press release.

The fund will be early redeeming €20 million of the bonds, in several tranches, within one year from the issue date.

The first redemption of €7,500,003 is planned for Aug. 1.

The redemption will be carried out by decreasing the nominal value of each bond, with the new nominal value per bond €82,142.85 per bond after the redemption.

Pre-redemption, there is €42 million of bonds outstanding. After the Aug. 1 redemption, there will be €34,499,997 of the bonds outstanding.
