Iceland’s Landsbankinn announces covered bond exchange results

Chicago, July 6 – Landsbankinn hf. announced the results of an exchange offer for series LBANK CB 23 holders, according to a press release.

The issuer is buying ISK 1.98 billion of the bonds.

Holders of the bonds were able to sell the covered bonds in the series against covered bonds bought in an auction on Wednesday at a predefined clean price of 98.663.

Settlement will take place on July 12.
