Millicom International to redeem SEK 2 billion of floaters early

Lexington, Ky., May 10 – Millicom International Cellular SA plans to redeem in full its SEK 2 billion Stibor plus 235 basis points senior floating-rate sustainability notes due 2024 (ISIN SE0012454841), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on June 8 at 100.588 plus accrued interest.

The redemption price totals SEK 2,011,760 per note and will be paid to holders of record as of May 31.

The notes will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm.

Millicom is a Luxembourg-based provider of cable and mobile services to customers in Latin America and Africa.
