Tullow Oil to prepay $100 million of 10¼% notes due 2026

Buffalo, N.Y., May 10 – Tullow Oil plc will prepay $100 million of its 10¼% senior secured notes due 2026 (Cusips: G91237AB6, 899415AG8) on May 15, according to an announcement from the issuer.

Of the prepayment amount, $79,991,000 will be allocated to the Regulation S Cusip, and the remaining $20,009,000 will be allocated to the Rule 144A Cusip.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date for notes surrendered to Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas, as principal paying agent.

Tullow is a London-based oil and gas exploration and production company.
