Thailand’s GC Treasury buys back $25.84 million 5.2% notes due 2052

Lexington, Ky., May 3 – GC Treasury Center Co. Ltd. reported it has bought back and canceled $25,843,000 of its 5.2% senior notes due March 30, 2052 (ISIN: US36830DAF87) in purchases on the open market, according to a notice.

As of May 2, there was $274,157,000 of notes outstanding of the original $300 million issue.

The notes were issued in March 2022 by GC Treasury and are guaranteed by PTT Global Chemical PCL.

GC Treasury is a Bangkok-based investment company.
