ASG buys back $32.45 million 7 7/8% notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., April 24 – ASG Finance DAC reported further buybacks of its $300 million outstanding 7 7/8% notes due December 2024 ((ISIN: US00217AAA43, XS2010038573), according to a company announcement.

The company has repurchased a further $32.45 million in total principal amount of notes, $22 million of which have been canceled.

The company intends to cancel the remainder of the repurchased notes soon.

This follows the repurchase and cancellation of $49,837,000 of the notes through a tender offer launched on July 5, 2022 and the cancellation of $37.38 million in total principal of notes it already held at the time of the tender offer.

The remaining outstanding aggregate principal amount of the notes as of April 24 is $190,783,000, including $10.45 million held by the company pending cancellation.

After cancellation, there will be $180,333,000 outstanding.

ASG is a subsidiary of Cyprus-based Avia Solutions Group plc, which primarily has operations in Lithuania.
