TotalEnergies to redeem €1 billion undated notes on May 5

Lexington, Ky., March 29 – TotalEnergies SE will redeem its €1 billion undated deeply subordinated fixed-rate resettable notes (ISIN: XS1501167164) on May 5, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest and any arrears of interest including additional interest amounts for a total redemption price of €102,708 per €100,000 of notes.

The notes were issued on Oct.6, 2016 under the company’s €35 billion euro medium-term note program and were not callable for 6.6 years.

Upon redemption, the notes will be canceled.

Based in Paris, the issuer is an oil, gas and solar power company.
