Tryg Forsikring explores secondary market purchases of tier 1 notes
Chicago, March 6 – Tryg Forsikring A/S is exploring purchasing some or all of its SEK 700 million outstanding floating-rate perpetual restricted tier 1 capital notes (ISIN: DK0030418249) on the secondary market, according to a press release.
The company is also working to sell a new offering of tier 1 perpetual notes (Baa3).
The potential buyback is conditional on the successful offering of the new notes.
Tryg Forsikring is a Scandinavian insurance company based in Ballerup, Denmark.
