Alteryx considers using note proceeds to buy back convertibles

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 28 – Alteryx, Inc. may use proceeds from an offering of senior notes due 2028 to potentially repurchase or repay its outstanding convertible notes, according to a press release.

Proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Alteryx is a computer software company based in Irvine, Calif.
