Mexico’s Alfa calls all $500 million 5¼% notes due 2024

Los Angeles, Feb. 24 – Alfa, SAB de CV issued a notice of full redemption for its 5¼% senior notes due March 25, 2024 (Cusip: 015398AB6, P0156PAB5).

The notes will be redeemed on March 25 at a make-whole amount of Treasuries plus 37.5 basis points.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

The issuer is a multinational conglomerate based in Monterrey, Mexico.
