Singapore’s DBS Group to redeem notes from three series

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 21 – DBS Group Holdings Ltd. will early redeem subordinated notes from three series, according to multiple notices.

The company will redeem its A$750 million floating-rate subordinated notes due 2028 (ISIN: AU3FN0041406) on March 16 at an amount equal to A$10,000 per calculation amount plus accrued interest.

The €600 million 1½% subordinated notes due 2028 (ISIN: XS1802465846) will be redeemed April 11 at the optional redemption amount of $1,000 per calculation amount plus accrued interest.

The RMB 950 million 5¼% subordinated notes due 2028 (ISIN: XS1821439368) will be redeemed May 15 at an amount equal to RMB 10,000 per calculation amount plus accrued interest.

Each series of redeemed notes will be delisted and canceled after their respective redemption dates.

The subordinated notes were originally issued under the group’s $30 billion global medium-term note program.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the issuing and paying agent for the euro notes and the renminbi-denominated notes. BTA Institutional Services Australia Ltd. is the issuing and paying agent for the Australian dollar-denominated notes.

The investment holding company is based in Singapore.
