If P&C Insurance to redeem SEK 1 billion tier 1 floaters on March 22

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 9 – If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd. will redeem its SEK 1 billion perpetual floating-rate restricted tier 1 notes (ISIN: XS1797106173) on March 22, according to a company news release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Citibank Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.

Citibank NA, London Branch is the principal paying agent and agent bank.

The issuer is a property and casualty insurance company based in Stockholm.
