Rayonier to use proceeds from new notes to redeem notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 17 – Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. plans to use the proceeds of its wholly owned subsidiary Rayonier A.M. Products Inc.’s private offering of senior secured notes in addition to cash on hand to fully redeem its senior notes due 2024, according to a press release.

Rayonier is a chemical company specializing in cellulose-based products and is based in Jacksonville, Fla.
