Ferde to buy back NOK 550 million of Ferde 12 PRO ESG bonds

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 12 – Ferde AS is repurchasing and writing down NOK 550 million in bonds identified as Ferde 12 PRO ESG, according to a notice.

The buyback is in connection with a new issuance of NOK 1 billion five-year green bonds, which was announced Jan. 12.

The toll company is based in Bergen, Norway.
