Fluor to redeem €128.97 million 1.75% notes on Jan. 31

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 29 – Fluor Corp. will fully redeem the outstanding €128.97 million principal amount of its 1.75% senior notes due March 21, 2023 (Cusip: 343412AE2) on Jan. 31, according to a press release.

Computershare Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Fluor is an Irving, Tex.-based global engineering, construction and maintenance company.
