Islandsbanki accepts €262.68 million of tendered notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 6 – Islandsbanki hf. noteholders tendered €262,675,000 of €300 million senior callable fixed-to-fixed rate notes due Jan. 19, 2024 (ISIN: XS1755108344), according to a company news release.

As previously reported, the company’s offer to purchase the notes for cash was announced Nov. 28 and expired at 11 a.m. ET on Dec. 5.

All the notes tendered have been accepted for purchase. The notes will be purchased at par.

Settlement is expected on Dec. 7.

Following settlement, €37,325,000 total nominal amount of the notes will remain outstanding.

Barclays, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe and JPMorgan are the dealer managers.
