Banque Internationale holders tender €90.3 million of notes due 2023

Chicago, Nov. 21 – Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, SA announced the results from its tender offer for any and all of its €300 million of 1.5% senior non-preferred notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1884706885) at a price of 98.55, according to a notice.

Noteholders tendered €90.3 million of the notes by the deadline at 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 18.

All of the notes are being accepted for purchase.

Settlement is expected on Nov. 23.

After settlement, there will be €209.7 million of the notes outstanding.
