Pelabuhan Indonesia cancels $26.65 million 5 3/8% notes due 2045

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 25 – Indonesia’s PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) canceled $26.65 million of its 5 3/8% senior notes due 2045 (ISIN: US69370NAA46, USY7133MAB55) on Oct. 21, according to a notice.

The repurchased notes represent 5.33% of the total outstanding of the original $500 million issue.

After cancellation, $473.35 million remains outstanding.

The company stated it will continue to make announcements for every 5% interval of initial principal repurchased.

The issuer is a Surabaya, Indonesia-based provider of port service facilities.
