Brazil’s Hidrovias redeems $101.8 million of its 4.95% notes due 2031

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 21 – Hidrovias International Finance Sarl, a subsidiary of Hidrovias do Brasil SA, announced that it has redeemed a total of $101,796,000 of its $500 million outstanding 4.95% notes due February 2031 (ISIN: USL48008AB91), according to a press release.

The notes were redeemed in a series of redemptions, the most recent of which occurred on Oct. 20. The total amount redeemed represents 20.36% of the original principal amount.

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Hidrovias is the largest inland waterway services company in Brazil.
