Freddie Mac starts any-and-all tender offer for eight STACR notes

Los Angeles, Oct. 3 – Freddie Mac launched a tender offer for any and all of the outstanding notes from eight series of its Structured Agency Credit Risk notes, according to a press release.

The agency is offering to buy notes from the following series at the applicable tender offer considerations per $1,000 original principal amount:

• $350 million outstanding STACR 2015-DNA1 M-3 notes (Cusip: 3137G0EW5) for $1,014.84;

• $408,569,516 outstanding STACR 2016-DNA1 M-3 notes (Cusip: 3137G0HW2) for $1,066.72;

• $80 million outstanding STACR 2017-HRP1 M-2 notes (Cusip: 3137G0SN0) for $1,000.00;

• $53,076,743 outstanding STACR 2018-HQA2 M-2 notes (Cusip: 35563XAH5) for $990.00;

• $259 million outstanding STACR 2018-HRP1 B-1 notes (Cusip: 3137G0VA4) for $1,001.25;

• $390 million outstanding STACR 2019-DNA3 M-2 notes (Cusip: 35564TAH3) for $1,000.00;

• $280 million outstanding STACR 2019-HQA3 M-2 notes (Cusip: 35564XAH4) for $995.77; and

• $114 million outstanding STACR 2019-FTR2 M-2 notes (Cusip: 35564WAH6) for $965.94.

Interest will also be paid to the settlement date, expected for Oct. 12.

Settlement for notes tendered via guaranteed delivery is planned for Oct. 13, with interest paid only through the original settlement date.

The offer expires at 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 7.
