Leeds Building Society cancels £334.37 million covered bonds due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 30 – Leeds Building Society canceled £334,369,000 of its regulated series 11 floating-rate covered bonds due April 15, 2023 (ISIN: XS1979287437) on Sept. 29, according to a news release.

£265,631,000 of the series 11 bonds remain outstanding.

As previously reported, the company conducted an any-and-all offer for the bonds for a purchase price of 100.31. Noteholders tendered £319,972,000 of the bonds in the offer and the offeror canceled another £14,397,000 of the bonds after the offer settled on Sept. 29.

The company offers mortgage and investment products and is based in Leeds, England.
