Mizuho to redeem $500 million floaters due 2023 at par on Sept. 13

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 9 – Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. will redeem its outstanding $500 million senior floating-rate notes due 2023 (ISIN: US60687YBB48) at par on Sept. 13, according to a notice on Tuesday.

The notes will be canceled and delisted.

Following the redemption, there will be no outstanding notes.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Mizuho is a Tokyo-based financial institution.
