Mountain Province Diamonds to repurchase $26.4 million 8% notes

Columbus, Ohio, July 25 – Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. entered into separate, privately negotiated transactions with certain holders of its outstanding 8% senior secured second-lien notes due 2022 to repurchase $26.4 million of the notes for $25.4 million, according to a news release.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

The mining company is based in Toronto.
