SoftBank buys back $160 million and €53 million notes from May 24

Concord, N.H., June 17 – SoftBank Group Corp. completed repurchases of a portion of five series of outstanding dollar-denominated notes and five series of outstanding euro-denominated notes via the open market from May 24 to June 16, according to a company announcement on Friday.

Specifically, SoftBank bought back

• $13 million 3 1/8% senior notes due January 2025 (ISIN: XS2362416294);

• $9 million 4% senior notes due July 2026 (ISIN: XS2361252971);

• $12 million 5 1/8% senior notes due September 2027 (ISIN: XS1684384867);

• $23 million 4 5/8% senior notes due July 2028 (ISIN: XS2361253433); and

• $3 million 5¼% senior notes due July 2031 (ISIN: XS2361253607).

The company also bought back

• €10 million 2 1/8% senior notes due July 2024 (ISIN: XS2361253862);

• €6 million 2 7/8% notes due January 2027 (ISIN: XS2361254597);

• €15 million 3 3/8% senior notes due July 2029 (ISIN: XS2361255057);

• €2 million 4% senior notes due September 2029 (ISIN: (ISIN: XS1684385591); and

• €20 million 3 7/8% senior notes due January 2032 (ISIN: XS2362416617).

Including these purchases and purchases made in the previous period from March 16 to May 24, the company bought back:

• $30 million 3 1/8% senior notes due January 2025;

• $27 million 4% senior notes due July 2026;

• $12 million 5 1/8% senior notes due September 2027;

• $50 million 4 5/8% senior notes due July 2028;

• $64 million 5¼% senior notes due July 2031;

• €15 million 2 1/8% senior notes due July 2024;

• €15 million 1/8% senior notes due September 2025;

• €36.86 million 2 7/8% notes due January 2027;

• €5 million 5% senior notes due April 2028 (ISIN: XS1793255941);

• €73 million 3 3/8% senior notes due July 2029;

• €27.2 million 4% senior notes due September 2029; and

• €52.1 million 3 7/8% senior notes due January 2032.

In all, Softbank purchased $183 million dollar-denominated notes and €224.16 million of euro-denominated notes from March 16 to June 16. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
