Greenland Hong Kong buys back $18.5 million of 9 5/8% bonds due 2022

Los Angeles, May 31 – Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Ltd. repurchased a total of $18.5 million, or about 12%, of its $150 million 9 5/8% bonds due 2022 as of May 27, according to a company announcement Monday.

The company will cancel the repurchased bonds, leaving $131.5 million principal amount outstanding.

The investment holding company is based in Hong Kong.
