Far East Horizon to redeem perpetual capital securities on call date

Chicago, May 12 – Far East Horizon Ltd. announced that it will redeem all $300 million perpetual capital securities on the June 14 call date, according to a notice.

The securities will be redeemed at par plus any accrued distribution to the call date.

The repurchased securities will be canceled.

Far East Horizon is a financial leasing unit of Sinochem Group, which is a Hong Kong-based business conglomerate with interests in agriculture, energy, chemicals, real estate and finance.
