Mexico’s America Movil starts €600 million tender offer for two notes

Chicago, May 9 – America Movil, SAB de CV started a capped tender offer for up to €600 million from two securities, according to an announcement.

The company is offering to buy from the €1 billion outstanding ¾% senior notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2006277508) and the €650 million outstanding 2 1/8% senior notes due 2028 (ISIN: XS1379122523).

The purchase price for the 2027 notes is 93.75 and for the 2028 notes 99.35, excluding the applicable accrued interest payments.

The offers expire at 11 a.m. ET on May 13.

Results will be announced on May 16, including any possible proration.

The settlement date will be May 17.

Funding for the tender offers will come from the company’s cash resources.
