ARA Asset completes redemption of S$300 million 5.2% perpetuals

Lexington, Ky., May 4 – ARA Asset Management Ltd. paid the redemption price for its S$300 million 5.2% subordinated perpetual securities series 001 (ISIN: SG7EB6000007), and all outstanding series 001 securities have been redeemed, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The securities were issued by ARA under its S$1.5 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.

Following the redemption, all of the outstanding series 001 securities will be canceled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

The real estate asset manager is based in Singapore.
