Mexico releases total for 1 5/8% notes redemption

Lexington, Ky., April 21 – Mexico announced the total for its previously planned redemption for part of the outstanding 1 5/8 % global notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1198102052), according to a notice on Thursday.
The redemption will total €1,174,641,000 in principal amount of redeemed notes, €2,614,783.05 in accrued interest and a make-whole premium of €30,846,072.66.
As previously reported, the redemption date is April 25.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent. Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas, as the trustee, will cause funds to be paid to Euroclear Bank, SA/NA for further payment to its participants.
On the redemption date, the notes will be canceled and delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
