Finland’s CapMan to redeem senior notes due 2023 in April

Chicago, April 13 – CapMan plc announced the early redemption for its senior callable fixed-rate notes due 2023 (ISIN: FI4000315676), according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 101.031 on April 27, plus unpaid interest.

The redemption was conditioned on a successful offering of new notes, a condition which has been satisfied.

CapMan is a Finland-based company that invests in portfolio companies and real estate and in infrastructure assets.
