China’s VCredit repurchases $11.39 million of 11% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, April 8 –VCredit Holdings Ltd. repurchased and canceled an $11.39 million portion, or 13.4%, of its $85 million 11% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2263287935), according to a notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
The notes were purchased privately for a total consideration of $10,820,500.
After cancelation of the repurchased notes, $73.16 million of the notes will remain outstanding.
Based in Hong Kong, the company offers microloans, financing guarantees, financial leasing and other services.
