Turkcell Iletisim buys back approximately $5 million of eurobonds

Chicago, March 7 – Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS bought just over $5 million face amount of its eurobonds from two series, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company purchased $4 million face amount of its bonds at 89 (ISIN: XS1803215869) and $1,439,000 of its bonds at 93.62 (ISIN: XS1298711729).

The total of the transactions was $5,035,667. The purchases were conducted on Monday.

The mobile phone operator is based in Istanbul.
