Mercialys to redeem €469.5 million 1.787% bonds due 2023 on March 15

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 28 – Mercialys will redeem all €469.5 million outstanding, from an originally issued €750 million, 1.787% bonds due March 2023 (ISIN: FR0012332203) at a make-whole redemption price on March 15, according to a press release Monday.

The exact redemption amount per bond will be calculated according to the provisions of the prospectuses and will be published in a notice on or around March 9.

This redemption concerns the issue of the bonds which received visa number 14-629 and visa number 15-604 of the French Autorite des marches financier on Nov. 28, 2014 and Nov. 25, 2015.

Based in Paris, the real estate management company was originally formed by Casino Group.
