Landshypotek calls SEK 700 million perpetual additional tier 1 notes

Concord, N.H., Feb. 16 – Landshypotek Bank AB issued a call notice for all of its SEK 700 million floating-rate perpetual additional tier 1 notes (ISIN: XS1587840098), according to a filing with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding March 29, the notes’ optional redemption date.

The issuer will request the Luxembourg Stock Exchange to cancel trading and delist the notes.

The financial services company is based in Stockholm.
