Hong Kong’s Emperor International further repurchases notes due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 27 – Emperor International Holdings Ltd. announced that it canceled another $10.8 million of its 4˝% notes due September 2023 on Jan. 26, according to a notice.

The purchase represents 4.3% of the $250 million notes originally issued.

After canceling the notes, there are now $110.64 million, or 44.3%, of the principal amount remaining outstanding.

The company will continue to monitor market conditions and may make further repurchases and cancellations.

Emperor International is an investment holding company based in Hong Kong.
