Calumet to redeem all 7¾% senior notes due 2023 via new notes

Concord, N.H., Jan. 12 – Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP and Calumet Finance Corp. plan to redeem the outstanding 7¾% senior notes due 2023, using the proceeds of new notes and cash on hand, according to a company release on Wednesday.

The purchase price for the 2023 notes is par plus accrued interest to the Feb. 11 redemption date.

Calumet's obligation to redeem the 2023 notes is conditioned on completion of its offering of at least $300 million principal amount of senior debt securities.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the trustee for the 2023 notes and is the paying agent for the redemption.

The producer of fuel products and specialty hydrocarbon products is based in Indianapolis.
