Anglian Water has consents to move to Sonia for floaters due 2031

Chicago, Dec. 22 – Anglian Water Services Financing plc has approval from bondholders for a written resolution to change the benchmark basis for its £35 million class A unwrapped floating-rate bonds due 2031 (ISIN: GB00BYP7VR76) that are guaranteed by Anglian Water Services Ltd., according to a notice.

For the interest period starting Dec. 27, the rate will be based on Sonia plus the applicable margin and an adjustment spread of 11.6 basis points.

There are also fallbacks now if Sonia should go away.

The trust deed became effective on Wednesday.

Anglian Water Services Financing is a subsidiary of Huntingdon, England-based water company Anglian Water Services Ltd.
