Emperor repurchases $19.02 million, or 7.6%, more 4½% notes due 2023

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 22 – Emperor International Holdings Ltd. repurchased a total of $19.02 million, or 7.6%, of its $250 million 4½% notes due 2023, according to an announcement.

The purchased notes were canceled on Dec. 21.

After cancellation, a total of $172.94 million, or 69.2% of the original principal amount, of the notes will remain outstanding.

The company made similar buybacks of the 2023 notes earlier this month.

Emperor International is an investment holding company based in Hong Kong.
